Ingredients
- 🦀 Spanner crab meat – 200g
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
- 🧅 Shallots – minced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, chives) – chopped
- 🥛 Cream – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🥮 Vol au vent cases – 4
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté shallots and mushrooms in butter until softened.
- 🦀 Add spanner crab meat and cook briefly.
- 🥛 Stir in cream, lemon juice, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat through gently, being careful not to boil.
- 🥮 Fill the vol au vent cases with the crab mixture and serve immediately.
