Ingredients

  • 🦀 Spanner crab meat – 200g
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Shallots – minced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, chives) – chopped
  • 🥛 Cream – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🥮 Vol au vent cases – 4

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté shallots and mushrooms in butter until softened.
  • 🦀 Add spanner crab meat and cook briefly.
  • 🥛 Stir in cream, lemon juice, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 🔥 Heat through gently, being careful not to boil.
  • 🥮 Fill the vol au vent cases with the crab mixture and serve immediately.
