Spaghetti alle Vongole

Ingredients

  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
  • 🐚 Fresh clams (vongole) – 500g
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
  • 🍾 White wine – 1/4 cup
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🐚 Soak clams in salted water to remove sand. Rinse thoroughly.
  • 🧄 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil until fragrant.
  • 🍾 Add clams and white wine, cover, and cook until clams open.
  • 🍝 Cook spaghetti al dente. Add to the clam sauce.
  • 🌿 Toss with parsley and serve immediately.
