Spaghetti alle Vongole

Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
- 🐚 Fresh clams (vongole) – 500g
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
- 🍾 White wine – 1/4 cup
- 🫒 Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 🐚 Soak clams in salted water to remove sand. Rinse thoroughly.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil until fragrant.
- 🍾 Add clams and white wine, cover, and cook until clams open.
- 🍝 Cook spaghetti al dente. Add to the clam sauce.
- 🌿 Toss with parsley and serve immediately.
