Ingredients

  • 🌱 Soya chaap – 250g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Spices – turmeric, chili powder, garam masala
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
  • 🍶 Cream/Yogurt – 2 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Fry or grill soya chaap until golden brown.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices, cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add soya chaap and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and cream before serving.
