Ingredients
- 🌱 Soya chaap – 250g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Spices – turmeric, chili powder, garam masala
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
- 🍶 Cream/Yogurt – 2 tbsp (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Fry or grill soya chaap until golden brown.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices, cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add soya chaap and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and cream before serving.
