Ingredients

  • 🌱 Soya Beans – 1 cup (soaked)
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili – 1, chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • ♨️ Boil soaked soya beans until tender.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, and chili (if using). Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🌱 Add boiled soya beans and soy sauce. Stir well.
  • 🥘 Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice or noodles.
