Ingredients
- 🌱 Soya Beans – 1 cup (soaked)
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili – 1, chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- ♨️ Boil soaked soya beans until tender.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, and chili (if using). Sauté until golden brown.
- 🌱 Add boiled soya beans and soy sauce. Stir well.
- 🥘 Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice or noodles.
