Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Chicken or Meat – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🌿 Mint & Coriander – chopped
- 🥄 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🍗 Add chicken/meat and cook until browned.
- 🍚 Add rice, tomatoes, spices, and water. Bring to a boil.
- 🥘 Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked.
- 🌿 Garnish with mint, coriander, and lemon juice. Serve hot! ✨
