Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍗 Chicken or Meat – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3, slit
  • 🌿 Mint & Coriander – chopped
  • 🥄 Biryani Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🍗 Add chicken/meat and cook until browned.
  • 🍚 Add rice, tomatoes, spices, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • 🥘 Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked.
  • 🌿 Garnish with mint, coriander, and lemon juice. Serve hot! ✨
