Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – preferably thick
- 🥕 Mixed vegetables – (carrots, cabbage, beans)
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit (optional)
- 🌿 Herbs – (cilantro, spring onions)
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté garlic, onions, and chilies in oil.
- 🥕 Add vegetables and cook until slightly softened.
- 🍲 Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- 🍜 Add noodles and cook until tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
