Ingredients

  • 🌮 Corn tortillas
  • 🧀 Cheese – for melting
  • 🧅 Cilantro & onion – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear lamb until browned. Rehydrate dried chilies in hot water.
  • 🥘 Blend chilies with onion, garlic, and spices to make a paste.
  • ♨️ Braise lamb in chili paste and broth until tender.
  • 🔪 Shred lamb and dip tortillas in the braising liquid, then fry on a griddle.
  • 🌮 Fill tortillas with lamb and cheese, melt cheese, and garnish with cilantro and onion.
