Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground Meat – 1 lb (Beef or Pork)
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili Powder – 2 tbsp
- 🪵 Smoked Paprika – 1 tbsp
- 🥖 Bread Crumbs – 1/2 cup
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🥓 Bacon – 6 slices, cooked
- 🧀 Cheddar Cheese – shredded
- 🫓 Tortillas – large, burrito size
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🧅 In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, bread crumbs, and egg. Mix well.
- 🥓 Form the meat mixture into cigar shapes. Wrap each 'cigar' with a slice of cooked bacon.
- 🧀 Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese during the last 5 minutes.
- 🫓 Warm tortillas and wrap each 'cigar' in a tortilla like a real cigar. Serve immediately.
