Ingredients
- 🍚 Sticky Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Smoked Chicken – 1 lb, shredded
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, diced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍚 Soak sticky rice for at least 4 hours, then steam until cooked.
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
- 🍗 Add shredded smoked chicken, soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes; stir well.
- 🥥 Mix in cooked sticky rice and coconut milk; heat through.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
