Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef or Lamb Roast – 3-4 lbs
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, quartered
  • 🥕 Carrots – 3 large, chopped
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 4 medium, quartered
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Rosemary – 2 sprigs
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • 🥩 Sear the roast on all sides in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  • 🧅 Add onions, carrots, potatoes, and garlic around the roast.
  • 🌿 Season with rosemary, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • 🥘 Cover and slow roast in the oven for 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
