Ingredients
- 🥟 Siu mai wrappers
- 🥩 Ground pork
- 🌊 Scallops – chopped
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely diced
- 🌿 Ginger – minced
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine pork, scallops, mushrooms, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix well.
- 🥟 Fill each siu mai wrapper with a spoonful of the mixture.
- ♨️ Steam the siu mai for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
