Ingredients
- 🍜 Hokkien Noodles – thick yellow noodles
- 🦐 Shrimp – peeled and deveined
- 🦑 Squid – cleaned and sliced
- 🥓 Pork Belly – thinly sliced
- 🥚 Egg – beaten
- 🌿 Chinese Chives – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili Paste – to taste
- 🍋 Lime – wedges for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and chili paste in hot oil.
- 🥓 Add pork belly, shrimp, and squid; cook until slightly browned.
- 🍜 Toss in Hokkien noodles and add a splash of stock; stir-fry well.
- 🥚 Push noodles aside, pour in beaten egg, and scramble lightly.
- 🌿 Garnish with Chinese chives and serve with lime wedges.
