Ingredients
- 🦐 Seafood mix – 500g (prawns, squid, etc.)
- 🌶️ Chilli paste – 2 tablespoons
- 🍅 Tomato sauce – 4 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🥚 Egg – 1, lightly beaten
- 🍚 Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry seafood until cooked and set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant, then add chilli paste.
- 🍅 Add tomato sauce, sugar, and salt, then simmer.
- 🥘 Return seafood to sauce, stir well, and thicken with egg.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice.
