Ingredients

  • 🦐 Seafood mix – 500g (prawns, squid, etc.)
  • 🌶️ Chilli paste – 2 tablespoons
  • 🍅 Tomato sauce – 4 tablespoons
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🥚 Egg – 1, lightly beaten
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌿 Coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry seafood until cooked and set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant, then add chilli paste.
  • 🍅 Add tomato sauce, sugar, and salt, then simmer.
  • 🥘 Return seafood to sauce, stir well, and thicken with egg.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice.
