Ingredients
- ⬜ Silken Tofu – 300g, drained
- 🍯 Maple Syrup – 2 tbsp (or honey)
- 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Sea Salt – a tiny pinch
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp (optional for tang)
Instructions
- 🧊 Carefully drain the excess water from the silken tofu package.
- 🌪️ Place the tofu, sweetener, vanilla, and salt into a high-speed blender.
- ✨ Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
- 🥣 Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
- 🍓 Spoon the cream over fresh fruit, puddings, or beverages as a healthy topping.
