Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen Noodles – 2 portions of fresh or dried noodles
- 🍗 Chicken Breast or Thighs – sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 🥣 Chicken Stock – 4 cups of high-quality broth
- 🧂 Sea Salt (Shio) – 1-2 tsp for the seasoning base
- 🧄 Garlic & Ginger – 1 tbsp each, finely grated
- 🧅 Green Onions – thinly sliced for garnish
- 🥚 Soft Boiled Eggs – 2 eggs, halved
- 🥢 Sesame Oil – 1 tsp for a nutty aroma
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté garlic and ginger in a pot with a little oil until fragrant.
- 🥣 Add chicken broth and sea salt, then simmer gently to develop the light shio base.
- 🍗 Sear the chicken in a separate pan until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 🍜 Boil the ramen noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions and drain well.
- ✨ Assemble by placing noodles in a bowl, adding hot broth, and topping with chicken, eggs, and green onions.
