Ingredients

- 🫘 Urad Dal – soaked overnight and ground
- 🛢️ Oil or Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough: Mix wheat flour with water to form a soft dough.
- 🥔 Make the filling: Combine mashed potatoes, onions, coriander, green chilies, and spices.
- 🫘 Prepare the dal stuffing: Grind soaked urad dal into a paste.
- 🥟 Stuff and shape: Fill the wheat dough with the potato and dal mixture, then shape into patties.
- 🔥 Cook the sidhu: Steam the patties until cooked through, then shallow fry or bake with ghee or oil until golden brown.
