- 🥥 Coconut Milk – for the creamy base
- 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – protein option
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced

- 🍋 Lime – for serving
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot with oil.
- 🍗 Add chicken/tofu and cook until browned.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and add spices. Simmer until thickened.
- 🍜 Cook noodles separately. Place noodles in a bowl, ladle the coconut curry over, and garnish.
