Ingredients
- 🍤 Shrimp – cooked and peeled
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🍚 Rice paper – for wrapping
- 🌿 Herbs (mint, cilantro) – chopped
- 🥜 Peanut sauce – for dipping
Instructions
- 💦 Soak rice paper in warm water until softened.
- 🥬 Lay the softened rice paper flat and arrange cabbage, carrots, herbs, and shrimp in the center.
- 🔄 Fold the sides of the rice paper inward, then tightly roll from the bottom up.
- 🔪 Cut the roll in half if desired.
