Ingredients

  • 🍤 Shrimp – cooked and peeled
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🍚 Rice paper – for wrapping
  • 🌿 Herbs (mint, cilantro) – chopped
  • 🥜 Peanut sauce – for dipping

Instructions

  • 💦 Soak rice paper in warm water until softened.
  • 🥬 Lay the softened rice paper flat and arrange cabbage, carrots, herbs, and shrimp in the center.
  • 🔄 Fold the sides of the rice paper inward, then tightly roll from the bottom up.
  • 🔪 Cut the roll in half if desired.
  • 🥜 Serve immediately with peanut sauce for dipping. Enjoy! 🎉
