Ingredients

  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
  • 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using); cook for 1 minute.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and stir to combine.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • 🍚 Serve immediately over rice or pasta.
