Ingredients
- 🧈 Butter – 100g, softened
- 🍚 Caster Sugar – 50g
- 🍋 Lemon Zest – from ½ lemon
- 🌾 Plain Flour – 150g
- 🥚 Egg – 1 small, for glazing
Instructions
- 🥣 Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 🍋 Add lemon zest and mix well.
- 🌾 Gradually add flour, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- 🍪 Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes. Place on a baking sheet.
- 🥚 Brush with egg and bake until golden.
