Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
  • 🪞 Nori Seaweed – sheets
  • 🌶️ Shishito Peppers – charred
  • 🍣 Sushi Grade Fish – thinly sliced (optional)
  • ⚫ Charcoal Powder – for color
  • 🥒 Cucumber – julienned
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice and let it cool.
  • 🌶️ Char shishito peppers until blistered, then set aside.
  • 🍙 Lay nori sheet, spread rice evenly mixed with charcoal powder.
  • 🍣 Add shishito peppers, cucumber, avocado and other fillings.
  • 🌀 Roll tightly using a sushi mat, slice, and serve immediately.
