Ingredients
- 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
- 🪞 Nori Seaweed – sheets
- 🌶️ Shishito Peppers – charred
- 🍣 Sushi Grade Fish – thinly sliced (optional)
- ⚫ Charcoal Powder – for color
- 🥒 Cucumber – julienned
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice and let it cool.
- 🌶️ Char shishito peppers until blistered, then set aside.
- 🍙 Lay nori sheet, spread rice evenly mixed with charcoal powder.
- 🍣 Add shishito peppers, cucumber, avocado and other fillings.
- 🌀 Roll tightly using a sushi mat, slice, and serve immediately.
