Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 bundles
- 🥓 Pork belly – 4 slices
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 (soft boiled)
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 4 sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili oil – 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions
- 🍲 Prepare ramen broth according to package instructions or preferred recipe.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 🥚 Soft boil eggs, peel, and halve. Pan fry pork until crispy.
- 🥣 Assemble ramen by placing noodles in a bowl, topping with broth, pork belly, egg, green onions, and mushrooms.
- 🌶️ Drizzle with chili oil for extra spice. Serve immediately.
