Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Chicken or Paneer – 1 cup, cubed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- 🌶️ Bell Peppers – 1/2 cup, sliced
- 🌿 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies - 1-2, chopped
- 🌱 Spring onions - for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or wok, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies.
- 🧅 Add onions and sauté until translucent, then add bell peppers and stir-fry.
- 🍗 Add chicken or paneer and cook until browned.
- 🍚 Pour in soy sauce and add cooked rice, mixing well to combine.
- 🌱 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
