Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice - 2 cups
- 🧅 Onions - 1 medium, chopped
- 🫑 Bell Peppers - 1/2, sliced
- 🥕 Carrots - 1/2 cup, diced
- 🥟 Shingara (Samosa) - 2, crumbled
- 🌶️ Green Chilies - 1-2, chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro - for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
- 🧅 Add onions and green chilies (if using) and sauté until golden brown.
- 🥕 Add bell peppers and carrots and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and crumbled shingara (samosa) to the pan.
- 🧂 Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices. Mix well and stir-fry until heated through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
