Ingredients

  • 🍜 Shin Ramyun – 1 pack
  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🧀 Cheese – for waterfall effect
  • 🥚 Egg – 1
  • 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 1/2 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 🌶️ Gochujang – 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍜 Cook Shin Ramyun noodles, reserve some noodle water, then chop noodles.
  • 🍳 Scramble egg and set aside. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • 🍚 Add rice, noodles, vegetables, and Gochujang (if using). Stir-fry well.
  • 💦 Add a little noodle water to moisten. Mix in scrambled egg.
  • 🧀 Top with cheese and melt for a 'waterfall' effect. Serve hot! 🔥
