Ingredients
- 🍄 Enoki mushrooms – 1 pack
- 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1/4 head
- 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped
- 🍲 Dashi broth – 4 cups
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍶 Mirin – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing.
- 🍲 Bring dashi broth to a simmer in a pot.
- 🥬 Add napa cabbage and carrots to the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- 🍄 Add enoki mushrooms and green onions. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
- 🍶 Season with soy sauce and mirin to taste. Serve hot.
