Ingredients

  • 🍄 Enoki mushrooms – 1 pack
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1/4 head
  • 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped
  • 🍲 Dashi broth – 4 cups
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍶 Mirin – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing.
  • 🍲 Bring dashi broth to a simmer in a pot.
  • 🥬 Add napa cabbage and carrots to the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 🍄 Add enoki mushrooms and green onions. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
  • 🍶 Season with soy sauce and mirin to taste. Serve hot.
