Ingredients

  • 🪷 Saffron – a pinch, soaked in milk
  • 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥛 Mix lukewarm milk, sugar, and saffron-infused milk.
  • 🌾 Gradually add flour and cardamom powder to form a soft dough.
  • 🛢️ Knead dough with ghee until smooth and elastic.
  • ♨️ Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Roll out dough into thick circles and cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown spots appear.
