Ingredients
- 🌾 Flour – 2 cups
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup, lukewarm
- 🪷 Saffron – a pinch, soaked in milk
- 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🥛 Mix lukewarm milk, sugar, and saffron-infused milk.
- 🌾 Gradually add flour and cardamom powder to form a soft dough.
- 🛢️ Knead dough with ghee until smooth and elastic.
- ♨️ Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Roll out dough into thick circles and cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown spots appear.
