Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground meat – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫘 Lentils – 1/2 cup
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
  • 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥘 Cook lentils until soft. Drain and set aside.
  • 🔥 In a pot, combine ground meat, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices.
  • 💧 Add a little water and cook until meat is tender and water evaporates.
  • 🌪️ Grind the meat and lentil mixture into a smooth paste. Mix in cilantro and beaten egg.
  • 🍘 Shape into patties and shallow fry until golden brown. Serve hot! ✨
