Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫘 Lentils – 1/2 cup
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
- 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥘 Cook lentils until soft. Drain and set aside.
- 🔥 In a pot, combine ground meat, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices.
- 💧 Add a little water and cook until meat is tender and water evaporates.
- 🌪️ Grind the meat and lentil mixture into a smooth paste. Mix in cilantro and beaten egg.
- 🍘 Shape into patties and shallow fry until golden brown. Serve hot! ✨
