Ingredients
- 🫓 Kachoris – ready-made or homemade
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🥣 Yogurt – whisked
- 🌶️ Green chutney – to taste
- Tamarind chutney – to taste
- Sev – for garnish
- Onion – finely chopped
- Coriander – for garnish
- Spices – cumin, chili powder
Instructions
- 🥄 Make a hole in the center of each kachori.
- 🥔 Fill with potatoes and chickpeas.
- 🥣 Add yogurt, green chutney, and tamarind chutney.
- 🧅 Garnish with chopped onion, sev, and coriander.
- ✨ Sprinkle with spices and serve immediately.
