Ingredients

- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix ground meat with onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cilantro, lemon juice, and spices.
- 🧊 Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
