Ingredients
- 🍓 Mixed Berries – 1 cup frozen
- 🍌 Banana – 1/2 medium
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions
- 🧊 Add ice, berries, banana, milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.
