Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice – 2 cups cooked
  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb peeled
  • 🦑 Calamari – 1/4 lb sliced
  • 🦀 Crab meat – 1/4 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium diced
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup diced
  • 🫛 Peas – 1/2 cup frozen
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 beaten
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
  • 🧂 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan and scramble the eggs. Set aside.
  • 🧄 Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add shrimp and calamari, cook until pink.
  • 🥕 Add carrots, peas and crab meat. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • 🍳 Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and stir to combine. Garnish with green onions and serve hot. ✨
