Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups cooked
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb peeled
- 🦑 Calamari – 1/4 lb sliced
- 🦀 Crab meat – 1/4 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium diced
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup diced
- 🫛 Peas – 1/2 cup frozen
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 beaten
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan and scramble the eggs. Set aside.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add shrimp and calamari, cook until pink.
- 🥕 Add carrots, peas and crab meat. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well.
- 🍳 Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and stir to combine. Garnish with green onions and serve hot. ✨
