Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
- 🍤 Mixed Seafood – 500g (shrimp, fish, squid)
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Biriyani Masala – 3 tbsp
- 🍃 Mint & Cilantro – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, cut into wedges
Instructions
- 🍚 Soak rice for 30 minutes, then parboil until 70% cooked.
- 🔥 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes.
- 🌶️ Add biriyani masala and cook until the oil separates.
- 🐟 Add seafood and cook until lightly done.
- 🥘 Layer rice and seafood mixture, garnish with mint and cilantro, and cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked. Serve with lemon wedges.
