Ingredients
- 🦐 Scarlet prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and chili flakes (if using) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 🦐 Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the prawns and season with salt and pepper.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
