Ingredients

  • 🦐 Scarlet prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
  • 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and chili flakes (if using) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 🦐 Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the prawns and season with salt and pepper.
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
