Saoji Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken – 1.5 lbs, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 tbsp, ginger-garlic paste
- 🌶️ Saoji Masala – 3 tbsp (adjust to taste)
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
- ⚙️ Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute, then add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- 🌶️ Add Saoji masala, salt, and other spices. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- 🐔 Add chicken pieces and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 🥘 Add water as needed for gravy, cover, and simmer until chicken is tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
