Ingredients

  • 🐟 Sankara Fish – fillets or whole
  • 🍋 Lemon – juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🌿 Ginger – a small piece, grated
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 💛 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🌾 Rice flour – for coating
  • 🫗 Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🔪 Marinate the fish with lemon juice, chili powder, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt for at least 15 minutes.
  • 🥣 Coat the marinated fish with rice flour evenly.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🍳 Gently place the fish in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, flipping occasionally.
  • 🍋 Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
