Ingredients
- 🐟 Sankara Fish – fillets or whole
- 🍋 Lemon – juice of 1/2 lemon
- 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🌿 Ginger – a small piece, grated
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 💛 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🌾 Rice flour – for coating
- 🫗 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🔪 Marinate the fish with lemon juice, chili powder, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt for at least 15 minutes.
- 🥣 Coat the marinated fish with rice flour evenly.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🍳 Gently place the fish in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, flipping occasionally.
- 🍋 Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
