Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare your choice of filling (e.g., tonkatsu, egg salad).
  • 🍞 Spread Japanese mayo on one slice of bread and tonkatsu sauce on the other.
  • 🥬 Layer the filling and shredded cabbage between the bread slices.
