Ingredients

  • 🌿 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥕 Carrots - 1 cup, sliced

Instructions

  • 🍚 Cook rice according to package directions.
  • 🔥 Stir-fry chicken or tofu until browned.
  • 🧅 Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers and cook until softened.
  • 🥕 Stir in carrots and soy sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
