Ingredients
- 🌾 Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – 1 lb, cubed
- 🌶️ Bell peppers – 1, sliced
- 🧅 Onion – 1, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥕 Carrots - 1 cup, sliced
Instructions
- 🍚 Cook rice according to package directions.
- 🔥 Stir-fry chicken or tofu until browned.
- 🧅 Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers and cook until softened.
- 🥕 Stir in carrots and soy sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
