Ingredients
- 🐔 Young chicken – 1 whole
- 🍚 Glutinous rice – ½ cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves
- 🌰 Dried jujubes – 4
- 🌱 Korean ginseng – 1 root
- 💧 Water – 6 cups
- 🟢 Green onion – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🍚 Rinse the glutinous rice and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- 🐔 Clean the chicken and stuff with rice, garlic, jujubes, and ginseng.
- 🥘 Place the stuffed chicken in a pot with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🟢 Garnish with green onion and serve hot.
