Ingredients

  • 🐟 Whole fish – scaled and gutted
  • 🧂 Coarse sea salt – enough to cover
  • 🌿 Herbs – rosemary, thyme
  • 🍋 Lemon – sliced
  • 🥚 Egg whites – lightly beaten

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix salt with egg whites and herbs.
  • 🐟 Stuff fish cavity with lemon slices and herbs.
  • 🧱 Cover the fish completely with the salt mixture.
  • 🌡️ Bake at 400°F (200°C) until the crust is hardened and fish is cooked through.
