Ingredients
- 🐟 Whole fish – scaled and gutted
- 🧂 Coarse sea salt – enough to cover
- 🌿 Herbs – rosemary, thyme
- 🍋 Lemon – sliced
- 🥚 Egg whites – lightly beaten
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix salt with egg whites and herbs.
- 🐟 Stuff fish cavity with lemon slices and herbs.
- 🧱 Cover the fish completely with the salt mixture.
- 🌡️ Bake at 400°F (200°C) until the crust is hardened and fish is cooked through.
- 🔨 Crack the salt crust and serve the fish.
