  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • ⭐ Coat squid in cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or wok on high heat.
  • ⚡ Fry squid until golden brown and crispy; set aside.
  • 🧄 Sauté garlic, chili, and onions in the same pan until fragrant.
  • 🦑 Add fried squid back to the pan and toss well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
