Ingredients
- 🦑 Squid – cleaned and cut
- 🌶️ Chili – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- ⭐ Cornstarch – for coating
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped for garnish
Instructions
- ⭐ Coat squid in cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or wok on high heat.
- ⚡ Fry squid until golden brown and crispy; set aside.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic, chili, and onions in the same pan until fragrant.
- 🦑 Add fried squid back to the pan and toss well.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
