Ingredients

  • 🌰 Almonds – 1/2 cup, toasted
  • 🍞 Bread – 1 slice, crust removed
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
  • 🍷 Sherry Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Smoked Paprika – 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Roast tomatoes and red peppers until softened and slightly charred.
  • 🌰 Combine roasted vegetables, almonds, bread, garlic, sherry vinegar, and smoked paprika in a food processor.
  • 🥄 While processing, slowly drizzle in olive oil until a smooth sauce forms.
  • 🧂 Season with salt to taste.
  • 🥣 Serve at room temperature with grilled vegetables or meats.
