Ingredients
- 🍅 Roasted Tomatoes – 2 cups
- 🫑 Roasted Red Bell Peppers – 1 cup
- 🌰 Almonds – 1/2 cup, toasted
- 🍞 Bread – 1 slice, crust removed
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
- 🍷 Sherry Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Smoked Paprika – 1 tsp
- Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Roast tomatoes and red peppers until softened and slightly charred.
- 🌰 Combine roasted vegetables, almonds, bread, garlic, sherry vinegar, and smoked paprika in a food processor.
- 🥄 While processing, slowly drizzle in olive oil until a smooth sauce forms.
- 🧂 Season with salt to taste.
- 🥣 Serve at room temperature with grilled vegetables or meats.
