Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and season with rice vinegar.
  • 🖐️ Mold the rice into small, oblong shapes using your hands.
  • 🍣 Place a slice of salmon on top of each rice ball.
  • 🌿 Add a small dab of wasabi between the rice and salmon if desired.
