Ingredients
- 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
- 🍣 Salmon – sushi grade, thinly sliced
- 🌱 Nori Seaweed – small strips
- 🍶 Rice Vinegar – for seasoning
- 🌿 Wasabi – small amount
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and season with rice vinegar.
- 🖐️ Mold the rice into small, oblong shapes using your hands.
- 🍣 Place a slice of salmon on top of each rice ball.
- 🌿 Add a small dab of wasabi between the rice and salmon if desired.
- 🥢 Serve immediately with soy sauce for dipping.
