- 🍚 Cooked Sushi Rice – seasoned
- 🌱 Nori Seaweed – sheets
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – for serving
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- 🥑 Slice avocado and salmon into thin strips.
- 🌱 Place a nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread a thin layer of rice evenly over the nori.
- 🍣 Arrange salmon and avocado slices on top of the rice.
- 🥢 Use the rolling mat to tightly roll the sushi. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce.
