- 🍣 Salmon fillet – skin off
- 🍚 Sushi rice – cooked
- 🔥 Blowtorch
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving
- 🌱 Green onions – thinly sliced
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- 🔪 Slice salmon into thin pieces.
- 🔥 Gently torch the top of the salmon until lightly seared (aburi).
- 🍣 Place salmon on top of sushi rice.
- 🌱 Garnish with green onions and serve with soy sauce.
