Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice paper wrappers
- 🥩 Cooked pork or shrimp
- 🥬 Lettuce leaves
- 🥕 Shredded carrots
- 🌿 Mint leaves
- 🍜 Rice vermicelli noodles
Instructions
- 💧 Dip rice paper in warm water to soften.
- 🥬 Lay softened wrapper flat and fill with lettuce, protein, carrots, mint, and noodles.
- 🌯 Fold sides in and roll tightly from bottom to top.
- 🥜 Serve immediately with peanut sauce or dipping sauce.
