Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice paper wrappers
  • 🥩 Cooked pork or shrimp
  • 🥬 Lettuce leaves
  • 🥕 Shredded carrots
  • 🌿 Mint leaves
  • 🍜 Rice vermicelli noodles

Instructions

  • 💧 Dip rice paper in warm water to soften.
  • 🥬 Lay softened wrapper flat and fill with lettuce, protein, carrots, mint, and noodles.
  • 🌯 Fold sides in and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  • 🥜 Serve immediately with peanut sauce or dipping sauce.
