Ingredients
- 🦐 Small Shrimp – 1 cup, shelled

- 🥕 Carrot – 1/4 cup, diced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, diced
- 🌶️ Gochujang – 1 tbsp (Korean chili paste)
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Green Onion – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry shrimp with garlic and onion until pink.
- 🥕 Add carrots and cook for a few minutes.
- 🌶️ Mix in gochujang and soy sauce.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and stir until well combined.
