Ingredients

  • 🌿 Fresh Herbs (Parsley/Cilantro) – chopped
  • 🥄 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🥄 Spices (Paprika, Cumin, Oregano) – 1 tsp each

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large pan or tava over medium-high heat.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until softened.
  • 🥩 Add meat and cook until browned.
  • 🫑 Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and green chilies (if using). Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 🧂 Season with salt, pepper, and spices. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until flavors meld.
