Ingredients
- 🥩 Cubed Meat (Lamb/Beef) – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🫑 Bell Peppers – sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs (Parsley/Cilantro) – chopped
- 🥄 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🥄 Spices (Paprika, Cumin, Oregano) – 1 tsp each
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large pan or tava over medium-high heat.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- 🥩 Add meat and cook until browned.
- 🫑 Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and green chilies (if using). Cook until vegetables are tender.
- 🧂 Season with salt, pepper, and spices. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until flavors meld.
