Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion π§
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste π§
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes π
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder π
- 1 tsp red chili powder πΆοΈ
- 1 tsp coriander powder π±
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces π
- 2 tbsp oil π’οΈ
- Salt to taste π§
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishπΏ
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.π₯
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sautΓ© for a minute.π§
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.π
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.πΆοΈπ±π
- Add chicken pieces and salt. Mix well and cook until the chicken is browned.ππ§
- Add 1 cup of water, cover the pan, and cook until the chicken is cooked through.π§
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.πΏ
- Serve hot with rice or roti.π
