Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🧈 Ghee or oil – for frying
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 🥚 1 Egg (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, salt, and water (and egg if using) to form a dough.
- ✊ Knead the dough well until smooth and elastic.
- 🔪 Divide dough into small balls, flatten, and spread with ghee.
- 🫓 Stretch and fold the dough to create layers.
- 🔥 Cook on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with curry.
